Select Soccer

Northern Soccer Club’s Select Program is a full-year commitment designed for boys and girls ages U8–U18 who are prepared to compete at a higher level.

We prioritize development and competition in a safe, fun and challenging environment centered around the players. We aim to develop free-thinkers and confident and competent players through experiential learning. Coaches follow a structured curriculum designed to teach players within the appropriate ages and stages of development. We strive for each Northern SC member to feel they are both a better player and person for having played for Northern SC through our Club Values of Respect, Commitment, Family, Passion and Competition.

Players train under experienced coaches and compete in the Duke City Soccer League, the USYS Desert Conference National League , in regionally competitive travel tournaments, and local indoor/outdoor leagues. Training takes place at Municipal Recreation Complex soccer fields and various fields throughout the city of Santa Fe; games are primarily held in Bernalillo Soccer Complex. The seasonal soccer year runs from August through May.
